Terms of Service

SwiftoReceipts provides a merchant portal for issuing digital receipts and vouchers, and a consumer app for receiving and keeping them. Using either means you accept these terms.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Identifiers you attach (email, phone) must be yours; verification is required before they deliver anything to you.

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of the receipts and vouchers they issue — items, amounts, VAT and customer contact details — and for their own tax and regulatory obligations, including ZATCA requirements. SwiftoReceipts is a delivery and record-keeping tool, not the issuer of record.

No unlawful use, no attempting to access other people's data, no interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as-is; we work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to amounts paid to us for the service in the preceding twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them; continued use after an update is acceptance. Contact: olayan4business@gmail.com.
