Privacy Policy

SwiftoReceipts issues digital receipts and vouchers on behalf of merchants, and gives shoppers one place — the SwiftoReceipts app — to receive and keep them.

Account data: your name, email address and, if you add one, your mobile number. Signing in with Google or Apple shares your name and email (or Apple's private relay address) with us.

Receipt data: the receipts and vouchers merchants issue to you — items, amounts, VAT, payment method and the issuing shop.

Technical basics: device type and app version, used to keep the service working.

To deliver receipts and vouchers to the right person: a receipt sent to your verified email or phone number appears in your app. To send service email such as sign-in codes and your receipts. To let the issuing merchant see the receipts they issued. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (phone verification codes), and Apple / Google (sign-in) process data on our behalf, each only for the purpose named.

You can use the app without adding a phone number. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and its data at any time via the contact below. Deleting your account removes your access to stored receipts.
